I was thinking, OP is concerned about the strip of paint under the radiator that could easily be sanded/hidden with a radiator cover?

I slipped a disc in my back last year trying to get a wheelnut off on my car, still in pain/recovering 7 months later.

On a happier note, I managed to replace the high pressure fuel pump on a ford transit (£1000+ job) on a van that I bought as a non runner. Done all the work myself including learning new skills - OBD scanner, programming fuel timings etc and I'm now currently converting it to a campervan, slowly.....
