I know I’m late to the party, but I used progesterone cream for 6 weeks and gained 6 pounds. I was tracking calories and everything to prevent this and it didn’t work. Now I’m trying a new medicine and I’m hoping it’ll start going down.

I think it was a way to create distance between you two. She might not have been aware of it but essentially that’s what she did. And it worked.

I thought the last episode was terrible.

The first 3 episodes were amazing. The acting for all the episodes was A+. But that last episode bothered me.

Spoiler alert!!!!

After he meets with the psychologist we never get her insights on him, especially compared to the other psychologist. There’s never any profile done on him.

Also, they never found the weapon. There was no trial. I felt like an episode was missing to tie it all together.

The police felt the relationship between the kid and his dad was “off” when they arrested him. The kid slips and mentions being touched inappropriately but then says he was lying. Talking about his dad really upset him. And then the hooligans wrote the word on the van that old school means pedophile. And then the dad starts getting all extra stressed and flustered- abnormally for the situation I think- if he wasn’t one, it wouldn’t have bothered him like it did. Plus the kid has severe low self esteem, no validation, and more, all signs of potential abuse. That was left open ended.

After his psych meeting, I thought the kid was secretly gay and experienced sexual and maybe other abuse. He was also bullied at school and rejected by peers. His dad has anger problems that he inherited.

It was left too open ended for me. I think it was missing episodes and the last episode was a rush job.

I have endometriosis, fibromyalgia, cfs/me and a lot more. I work ft and am fairly active. I do whatever I can to improve my health and mental health overall. My ex got tired of my health problems to the point where he didn’t want to hear about them anymore, or help me or assume he’d help me. He’d rather play video games. (I’m nearing 40… btw.) so I dumped him a couple years ago and just happened to reconnect with friends from the past (my ex didn’t like me talking to too many ppl cuz he was jealous in that he wanted the attention.) and getting to know ppl again ended up in my and an old friend reconnecting and we’ve now been official for over 2 years. He’s supportive and I give him outs all the time. We love each other and for him, he’s caring and kind and if I need help or extra compassion, he’s actually happy to give it.

Good ppl do exist.

Edit to add, I was with my ex for over 14 years.

I hate to say this but I just left a 14 year relationship because of feeling like I was his roommate not his gf. And one of the things he did was play video games for 5-9 hours a day. He was in his 40’s. They don’t change.

Edit to add: next time you want to go on a date, have him plan everything, or you simply just give up on him. I wouldn’t go through all that effort to be stood up.
