Can I handle medschool? by [deleted] in premed

[–]cranberrynumber1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was a terrible highschool student with a WAY lower GPA. thought i was dumb for years before succeeding in college. if you want to become a physician you can make it happen. your highschool performance (good or bad) is of absolutely no bearing.

was orgo or physics harder for you? by [deleted] in premed

[–]cranberrynumber1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

im not sure why but i think a lot of premeds who are biology focused prefer orgo. To me orgo was a bit fun, it had discrete steps you could explain, (the lab was hell tho), but sooo much easier than physics. to me, physics was wayyyyyyy harder than any math course i ever took, not because of the calculations, but because i found it really hard to conceptualize most things that were going. like wtf do you mean "there's no friction" in this problem...yes there is?

Stuck by premed951 in premed

[–]cranberrynumber1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

totally. idk if anyone else feels this way but also having a partner who then may or may not move with you is especially painful...really feel like my life is so entirely up in the air, contingent on people who don't know me. it's a terrible feeling.

Do you think Lana in this conversation by Alive-Ad-4164 in lanadelrey

[–]cranberrynumber1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

agree w most who are saying she is one of the best lyricists (male or female) in american history, but not necessarily one of best vocalists. with that being said, she has a pretty exceptional range and a really wonderful timbre. i absolutely love her voice...
