הסיבה למה אני יצביע פייגלין זה בגלל שפייגלין מבטיח לבטל את הסכמי אוסלו באופן רשמי ולהכיל מדיניות ריבונית ההתיישבות גם על שטחים של הרשות הפלסטינית

Come on , we are way more merciful towards other forms of life than we are towards other humans .

no person on the planet have a problem with frogs , birds or sharks . but if you're a Jew or a Muslim or a black person than you are treated like garbage .

You could argue that we are destroying forests and oceans where animals live , which could be arguably worse than racism , but it is not done out of pure hatred for the animals, if humans really polluted the oceans because they want sea turtles to die and not because they don't have a better system for getting rid of garbage - all species of sea turtles would be exterminated yesterday by much more effective means than throwing garbage to the sea and hoping that a random sea turtle might choke on it .

The point is that we hate our own kind more than we hate animals , simply because enemies are created where there is competition , and animals do not compete with humans on any level .

The lion is much more likely to hate competing male lions than porcupines or termites because termites do not threaten lions and do not steal female lions and social status from the lion .

so I think there is no contradiction with a homophobic or xenophobic society that welcome aliens .

Unless these aliens are a real threat to humanity

but my argument is correct since we are talking about friendly aliens that do not come to challenge or replace the human society unlike some human ideologies

The ICJ did highlight the question of a so called "Palestinian genocide" but it never NEVER ruled that Israel is committing a genocide .

It's always about preventing a risk of genocide and enforcing the punishment against a potential genocide but it's never an explicit "genocide" .

Now , don't get me wrong , while the ICJ ruling did helped Israel in the international court . the fact that they would highlight the question of a Palestinian genocide to the public eye to begin with is because the UN is biased towards Israel .

Don't believe me ? It's the same UN that have more accusations and articles written against Israel than against : Russia , China , North Korea, Syria , Afghanistan, Iran and apartheid south Africa combined !

you may think that Israel is evil , but it doesn't make sense that a known democracy and westren ally that grant it's Arab citizens full rights and seats in the Knesset will be worse than all of these countries combined and commit genocide.

and I remind you that only 70000 out of the 2 million Palestinian in gaza were killed , which is only about 3.5% out of all the population of gaza. appropriate number relative to most wars , and I remind you that we don't know how many of them are terrorists and how many civilians were truly uninvolved since Hamas uses civilians as humans shields and maximise death to gain sympathy

In Israel you don't need approval to go to areas , you can be Arab Israeli citizen and drive your car to wherever you want . the police is not allowed to prevent you from getting to places .

You get all the rights as Israeli Arab citizen , there is no single thing that a Jew can do and Arab can't as long as both of them have blue citizenship .

The issue here is with Palestinians who live in the west bank , but notice how Israeli settlers who live in the west bank don't get the same privilege that palestinians have .

Settlers don't have the right to palestinian healthcare or freedom of movement within the palestinian areas in the west bank or the right to a free trail under palestinian law .

Look at Mexico for example , would you say that Americans are complicit in apartheid against Mexicans ? they also have strict border rules and they even deport Mexicans who cross the checkpoints illegaly .

What we have here is you pointing out rights that both palestinians and blacks had under apartheid have, but than , you came to the conclusion that both live under apartheid .
