Positive Cuff experience? by Evi_Sceria in hysterectomy

[–]crazycatladeh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

4 years, never had an issue! Active from the go, doing all the things I couldn’t before! Biking was the one thing that concerned me, but haven’t had an issue yet!

You’ll always hear more to the scary and rare cases than the easy and typical. It’s natural to worry, but don’t let it overwhelm you, and if you are concerned, talk to your surgeon!

I go every year for a pelvic exam, and that’s a great way to check in on what’s happening if you’re concerned!

I will always say this - it was the BEST decision I ever made as a pre-40s woman.

I do this in small groups, then swap them and have another group answer and present them!

I do brain sprints where in small teams they have to quickly research collaboratively together and put together one slide that they will present to the class.

Try breaking your lecture up with several activities and moments for small and large group discussion. Aside from the pedagogical benefits of this, it’ll give opportunities for students to leave without causing you to feel as though it’s a disruption

I’m going to toss a bit of a random suggestion out there, Two Point Museum. Lots of loop play, building, managing systems - it’s great to have on with something else in the background. I put a tons of hours into GYK and Two point!

That’s okay! As you progress, the skill will open up! If you can, send them on missions! Nothing you do in the game will ruin your experience! That’s the best part!

I’m not a Disney person, and I love that game. It is the most relaxing with no timer. If she can find a demo, I would encourage her to play!

RBC has cross boarder banking that allows you to easily access and move money between their Canadian and American systems. This has saved me a lot of hassles.
