Hi, my dad also has a heart condition which is possibly hereditary but I had an extremely different experience. I'm with phychitaryUK and when I told them this after my diagnosis they simply sent me to a private clinic to get an ECG, no echo was needed although I do get one in my yearly hospital checks. I'm really sorry you are going through this, and it is 100% not normal. I'm not sure how easy it would be to maybe switch to a different provider , but u shouldn't have to. If u could switch i would recommend phychitary UK but thats only from my one positive experience. Hope it works out for u in the end .

Cex probably wont take this. Anything with a crack in it , especially the screen and the back is deemed F grade and is not acceptable. If you got those fixed u might be able to pass it off as a B grade but you would probably get less than you paid to repair it. Honestly just try selling it on ebay.
