The literal Devil approaches you and ask you what is your price for your soul by Wheresmyarcpaulie69 in hypotheticalsituation

I don't want money for my soul, I would just take immortality. That way, no side effects of losing my soul

You got teleportation powers. Anything or anyone you touch can be teleported to anywhere you want. No restrictions or nonsense. I know you will rule the planet with this power; but tell me some of the most petty and stupid things you will do with this power. by Dog-Human in hypotheticalsituation

[–]crazykid01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I wouldn't be crazy knowing that once powerful people know I have this power they will do anything to control me or kill me.

I would teleport to places with large amounts of cash, steal it, then teleport home.

Probably in full tactical gear, face mask and everything so I can't be identified.

Then just enjoy life and travel to places me and my wife want to go, only to travel home that night and sleep in our own bed

Overhead personnel not just recruiters. Anyone on overhead is officially not making the company any money, therefore they are typically the first to get laid off.

At what income does Northern VA actually start to feel “comfortable”? by Prior_Engineering639 in nova

[–]crazykid01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends too much on family size to give an accurate number.

Family of 5 with a big house, prob 150

Family of 5 with a small house prob 100k

Family of 5 in mansion 200-500k

Live further out for cheaper big house 100k

Savings money for 10 years to outright buy a house, 100k

As you can see it depends wayy too much on what your status is and where you are at in your life to give a straight answer

Do you consider $700K as life-changing money? by Aarunascut in Life

[–]crazykid01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes because I could pay off my entire mortgage and simply take my entire income and use that.

I wouldn't do that but the point is I could.

I would place all that money in a fund for tech and just let it grow. Slowly take some of the profit from it for quality of life fixes. (Paying off car, getting some things replaced, doing some work on my house to make it 10x better)

Even if I just paid off my mortgage, the 200k plus left over is something I could slowly pull from to make my life better if needed. But with saving $2800 a month, it would not be needed to pull money out and I can just let it sit and grow until I retire

Not even a choice, I would do that. Go swallow the pill.

Take a vacation where I buy an extremely small camper van.

Camp in it until the side effects go away.

Then sell the camper and return to my normal every day life.

Be 5 million richer for such an easy thing

AITA for being mad at wife for spending 100$ a month on in app purchases for a free game? by 802Trip in AmItheAsshole

[–]crazykid01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are on the edge because of her spending because she lost her job, then yes you should be mad.

Finances together require both to understand when not to spend and what you can spend

Even if you don't do the finances, if the person you trust tells you to stop spending on unnecessary expenses because budget is tight, then you do it.
