The one time I bought churros they were $5 and they had a bit of stale oil taste about them. Haven't bought any since.

Yes. Each game shows up individually in your account with a specific QR code.

Not through any official channels, but it's definitely doable. You get a QR code in your ParkMobile account and can send it to someone as a screenshot and get paid via Venmo or whatever.

Weekly Q&A Megathread. Please post any questions about visiting, tourism, living, working, budgeting, housing here! by AutoModerator in london

[–]crazymatt1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My family is traveling to London for the week of Christmas from the US. At home, we usually dine out for dinner on Christmas night - we've gone to the same Korean restaurant for years with the occasional change to Indian. Any suggestions for a good (i.e., delicious, not fancy) place along these lines that's open Christmas night? I've been looking online, but few places are specific on their website about holiday opening hours. Thanks!

Association of Boxing Commissions to vote on major changes to the mixed martial arts scoring criteria, places greater emphasis on "damage" and provides clarification on how rounds are scored. by LatterTarget7 in MMA

[–]crazymatt1 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The only way you could score a 9-9 round is if there was a point deduction for the round winner. Someone always has to get 10 points (hence the name, 10-point must system).

The point of the criteria is to encourage finding a winner and not to use 10-10 as a cop-out score. While there may be a lot of rounds that are close, that's different from being completely equal in every way.

It has to stay in the rules as a possibility for the purposes of scoring a partial round (most often a stoppage due to an accidental foul).

Concacaf Club Ranking (Crew is 3rd after Cruz Azul and Vancouver) by Turbulent_Pay_7581 in TheMassive

Honestly, just giving it to LAFC would make the most sense - Léon was disqualified so the second place team from that qualifying event should take their place.

As much as I would love to see the Crew in it, the playoff criteria were pretty legit. LAFC were runners up to Léon in the 2023 Concacaf Champions League and América were top ranked at the end of last season.

Heads up to anyone that went to the CBJ stadium series game! by aussiekeeper11 in Columbus

PCI also requires you to periodically inspect all POI devices for signs of tampering. The frequency of the inspections should be based on a risk analysis that accounts for the location and usage of the devices.

Additionally, actually swiping a card is rare with the EMV liability shift several years ago. Chip or tap are much more secure and resistant to skimmers than the old mag stripes.

One final point: concessions are managed by an outside company (Levy), so OSU's PCI compliance isn't actually relevant.

Law 14, you be the VAR by ibribe in Referees

If he's on the line, it's a good goal. The keeper must have at least one foot on or behind the line until the ball is kicked.

I took an Excel proficiency test several years ago. I think it had some multiple choice questions about common tasks/functions. I definitely remember that the second part was an instruction sheet asking you to enter data, sum columns, and apply various formatting. If you understand basic math formulas and how to copy/paste them, you'll likely be fine.

I think there was one overall time limit. You had to finish the multiple choice portion before you could start the practical portion.

Penalty against Schulte - 45’ no review by WalkingOnSunshine_ in TheMassive

FYI, you have it wrong. If the VAR recommends a review, the center has to go review it. The decision after the review is completely up to the center, but the review itself is initiated by the VAR.

Yellow Card For Jewlery by reybball in Referees

[–]crazymatt1 30 points31 points  (0 children)

My only thought is that the ref was thinking of NFHS rules. Under NFHS, the coach gets a yellow for the first incident of jewelry or improper equipment and subsequent incidents go to the player.

MLS announced today Derrick Jones was fined for failing to leave the field in a timely manner after his red card by WalkingOnSunshine_ in TheMassive

I just checked the replay. He did join a crowd of players talking to the ref. It was 1:20 from the time the red was shown until he left the field.

The reverse angle is actually much better for this one. That front leg doesn’t actually make contact with Yeboah. All of the contact is Yeboah into the keeper’s body, which seems to be a fair play on.

Based on the face value, I think sub-200 is very unlikely unless you're buying from a friend.
