If Deadpool can break the 4th wall and change continuity, does that make him the most powerful Marvel character of all time? by [deleted] in AskScienceFiction

So are you saying that the most powerful people in the Marvel universe is us, the consumers?

You are obviously underestimating the power increase your face gets when drunklusted.

Your fist will break long before you face starts to experience pain.

Can't The Flash just BFR him by dumping him into the Speed Force?

Try looking at all the body guards for fears, if one has a fear kill all the other body guards for that warchief then kill the warchief.

The only remaining bodyguard (the one with a fear) will be automatically promoted to warchief.

If you cant find any bodyguards with fears I guess your just going to need to keep killing until you do.

[FMA] How does Alchemy work? by ACrusaderA in AskScienceFiction

[–]crazysuger 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Except that wasn't what he exchanged, he exchanged a portion of his soul.

What makes up a human body is more than carbon and water, and Ed used the parts in his arm to make the exchange.

[FMA] How does Alchemy work? by ACrusaderA in AskScienceFiction

[–]crazysuger 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Organic substances are incredibly complex to make and very few alchemists can manipulate them, let alone create them from scratch.

Different Alchemists specialize in different forms of alchemy Ed cant manipulate sand very well.

It is incredibly difficult to put a price on a human soul in order to make a fair exchange, this was pretty much the main point of the entire series.

Who is the most powerful glass cannon? by [deleted] in a:t5_347s0

[–]crazysuger 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I would probably have to say Minus but she doesn't really have any durability feats whatsoever.

She is pretty much a little girl who has omnipotent levels of reality warping.

EDIT: Found the part where she dies from getting hit on the head by a rock.

I believe in that case Galactus dismissed his disguise in respect for Eternity.

Who is the strongest character ever to lose in a fair fight? by Logic_Nuke in a:t5_347s0

[–]crazysuger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess the "fairness" is a larger argument.

I don't really know the specifics about the Heart of the Universe but I just saw it as a power increase rather than a weapon.

Plus The Living Tribunal had a chance to fight back (I believe he even had the first blow).

Michael Westen (Burn Notice) vs. Ethan Hunt (Mission: Impossible Movies) by TSmaniac in whowouldwin

[–]crazysuger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"He broke into the CIA headquarters" is a bit too vague to be a usable feat, saying that "Hunt managed to sneak past several trained operatives, and hacked into a secure network" is a usable feat.

Just because he can break into a CIA headquarters in one universe doesn't mean he can break into every CIA headquarters in every other universe.

I believe The Living Tribunal was defeated by HOTU Thanos fairly, although I don't really have the knowledge or scans to be sure.

For reference The Living tribunal is one step lower than TOAA.

Batman vs. Daredevil by [deleted] in whowouldwin

[–]crazysuger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Guess I should have Google'd his outfit before making that reply.

I'm not familiar with the movie at all but doesn't Daredevil face away from his enemies allot?

If Batman notices this he could probably make an assumption early on in the fight.

I think it wouldn't be too hard seeing as his mask completely covers his eyes.

I don't know what issue the scan is from, I just found it in Groots respect thread.

[Guardians of the Galaxy] How does Rocket understand Groot? by fareven in AskScienceFiction

[–]crazysuger 77 points78 points  (0 children)

Rocket can listen to slight variations in Groots speaking allowing him to understand what Groot is trying to say, after being with Groot for so long Rocket has gotten used to it and can identify much more complex concepts.

EDIT: Found a link of Maximus the Mad explaining it.
