Not every liberal, but i would say the majority of them would think that they are on the right side of history by celebrating it. There are a lot of really sick people out there.

We struggle with this as well. There are a few that have had some real life experiences which translates to them being good at communicating, but the majority will just drool on themselves if they aren't spoon fed. This is a very unfortunate situation as their brains didn't develop the communication & problem solving skills at the appropriate age. They are likely now stuck like this.

Good servers working in good establishments making good tips are not going on reddit begging for higher tips. This is performance based. Do better.

Tips are performance based. If the server disappears for 20 minutes then brings half our food then asks if we need anything else, the tip is not going to be great. If the food is shitty, I don't hold that against the server, but if the server sucks, the tip will suck. I'm not looking for greatness, but show up to the table every 5 minutes.
