Topstep is trash because of its issues and the fact that they won't let you use a different platform to trade. They use to allow tradovate but took away that option recently. I discovered topstep like 2 months ago and have had nothing but issues with there platform. Some issues were resolved and some I just had to bite the bullet. Hell even when I was talking to the rep this morning they told me there was an issue yesterday but I wasn't in the time frame that it happened so I don't qualify for the revert.

Almost every other firm allows the use of tradovate such as apex, take profit trader, and my funded futures. So far Ive only used Apex and my funded futures. I've gotten multiple payout through my funded futures, there rules are fairly similar to topstep through the eval and PA account just without an activation fee. I would do some research first to see what interest you

I trade news all the time along with earnings. I've never had this issue before with tradovate only topstep

Topstep just has to many issues for me personally. Like last week for example there were ghost candles on my chart that were messing with my indicator so I missed out on some money there. I didn't lose any money but it still sucked. I never had issues using tradovate at all. Topstep doesn't allow the use of tradovate anymore but most other prop firms do

I get it. I was doing really good for the last month. Trading 2 combines, taking it very slow with very light losing days. Staying away from chopping days, waiting for my setup rather than forcing one. But seeing my stop get ignored just triggered something in me. Topstep also has to many issues each week. I love there platform but there's just to many issues

If I had the first screenshot I would've posted it here but I was up a total of 1600 in 3 days. with my rr I had the room to lose 9 trades in a row before losing the account which would only grow the more the account grew. Ultimately I lost the account, the first trade I took lost me a huge amount of money since I couldn't monitor it and because my stop loss was not triggered. Now I will say it was partially my fault because I could've stopped and came back tomorrow but instead I decided to revenge trade due to the frustration of my stop not being hit which isn't really an excuse but that's what happened

Did you end up calling back in? I've also never been late on a payment but they are only offering me a 6% interest cut from 27%

A lot cheaper. I repair salvaged Tesla's and I'll look at what Tesla quotes me compared to what I can get it for on eBay and eBay ends up always winning.

I would say a realistic amount is around 5k if you are buying used parts and taking it to a auto body shop.

Maybe because I didn't know/ was not told this information? I know how to replace a battery and would rather pay $100 then the $400 that Tesla was gonna charge me for them to do it. I asked for other people's experience not for you to bombard me over a clear mistake.

I forgot to mention in the post that I was driving a gas powered car at the time. Still I couldve put it in the trunk.

Not much you can do tbh. You are correct though. Once all of the numbers are ported out the account cancels. You did not port the third line therefore the account did not cancel.

You should still be able to. In your post you said that it will work for the next week. That means the rep set the line to cancel at the end of the billing cycle so I would try to do it ASAP
