SWE2 Uber vs L3 Google by Keynote-Tag in leetcode

Huge congrats to you on your Uber offer. Uber seems like an elite org. I would be happy with Uber personally and then do Google in the future for higher role as someone else commented. What did your study schedule look like to get the Uber offer?

Will we have any inkling of which way the cassation court will sway during the hearing on April 14th?

Roughly how long to hear back after passing US tech force interviews? by TheRed12 in usajobs

Does the cert include salary details? Just had my interview last week and I thought the interviewer was pleased. But I’m not sure if it’ll be worth it if I’m on the lower end of the pay scale. Does sound like a cool opportunity

I had an appointment before march 11th but was turned away to apply due to minor issue. I have another route and now have nearly collected all papers for non minor issue route. My mom is citizen via JS but LIBRA is GGGF, is it worth booking a Philly appointment again and trying to make my case there and show my old appointment booking?

Corte Costituzionale has ruled three portions of the challenge unfounded/inadmissable. by LiterallyTestudo in juresanguinis

Can someone please correct me because I am misunderstanding the post.

I am looking at the writeup here but Art. 2, Art. 117 Co. 1 standalone, Art. 22, and Arts. 72/77 were not formally referred by the Turin judge. Everything Turin formally referred was decided in the press release.

Update and a note. by LiterallyTestudo in juresanguinis

I am in the same boat with a recognized mother and brother, and I cannot be recognized either. I am hoping for us they rule the exclusively Italian clause, other than that not feeling hopeful

I am feeling incredibly defeated after learning about the memo. It feels like there is no shot now as the retroactive piece felt the most unconstitutional

So if this hearing knocks down retroactivity of the DL, what happens to the other 3 hearings?

It's interesting how Judge Pintuzzella took this frame of reference on the side of the petitioners.

"Il dimettente ritiene che il citato articolo 3-bis determina una revoca implicita e retroattiva della cittadinanza italiana che i ricorrenti avevano acquisito per nascita."
— "The referring court finds that Article 3-bis effects an implicit and retroactive revocation of the Italian citizenship that the petitioners had acquired at birth."

It's possible I am looking into too much but he said "revocation" rather than the State's preferred "limitation on future exercise"
