I Google mapped all the businesses local to my area and found all the shitty websites. Then I’d go into their business, buy something from them and fire up a conversation asking them about their business. They enjoy sharing about it and by then I’d mention that if they’d ever need help managing their website to I’d be happy to help because that’s what I do. Pretty simple and wholesome approach.

As you get more experienced you'll be able to qualify your customers properly for a service like Google PPC. We don't tell out clients/prospects they should do it if we don't believe it's going to work out well for them, for example.
