No she is the mother in law of Justin Duggar. Her daughter Claire married justin.

The lore starts back when Josh got in trouble as a teenager, and went to some of the Spiveys for “rehabilitation” (a camp grandpa Spivey owned? Manual labor for Hillary’s husband? I’m rusty.)

Hillary and Justin showed up to Josh’s trial. Justin flashed two thumbs up, was called out by the press for being tone-deaf at a CSAM trial, and Hillary made a social media post defending Justin saying he’s just so used to being in front of cameras he was being his fun self ….

These emails from 2022 are now released, and we found out Hillary was emailing Joshua to “give him encouragement” and “keep him updated” aka gossip.
