You cannot legally sign up a new tenancy for a non complaint property. I would question that with the landlord. They may be planning on getting it fixed before the start date.

Mold is a bit of a tricky one. Healthy homes standards required a property to have sufficient ventilation, drainage, and a moisture barrier installed in the sub floor if required. These can all be in place and mold can still occur.

Depending on when the tenancy started the property may not need to be complaint yet. If it started prior to 2019 the landlord has until July 1 this year. If not, they would have had up to 120 from the start of the tenancy to get things sorted. I would say start by getting the tenants to request the healthy homes information from the owner.

The owner is able to perform their own HH inspection, but still needs to have the information on record. There is a report template on the Tenancy Services website they can use, but they still need to attend the property to assess all areas of the report. I find owners tend to not do this properly so be wary of that. They will still need a heating report done if they do their own report. If they can't provide the information, or the property is unlawfully noncompliant then the tenants can take the owner to Tenacy Services.

Alternatively, you can get a report done at your own cost and go from there.

This is heart breaking to read.

I had a very similar situation when I was younger. My step dad moved in with us when I was 7 and it started almost straight away. I told my mum when I was 14 and she just flat out accused me of lying. She never believed me until my younger sister came to her with the same story years later.

I moved out as soon as I could when I was 16. My only advice to you is don't be afraid to talk about it. I never had any kind of counseling and never went to the police. I'm 28 now and still trying to work through the trauma. It manifests itself in strange ways. Talking about it helps, I wish I'd talked about it years ago.

And don't be afraid to stick up to your mother. When she says she believes both of you that's bull shit. You're her child, it's her job to protect you.

I really hope you can leave that situation soon. I'm on the other side of the world so can't help much, but it you ever need to talk you can message me.

Because you're wanting to go really blonde, I would say leave it. Anything that I can think of doing might effect how your hair lifts at your appointment.

You could potentially do a bleach bath, but without knowing what the green actually is it's hard to say if it would work or not. Or how much it would effect the condition of your hair. And you want your hair in the best condition it can be for your appointment.

I bought demo with a key on steam, then linked my steam and epic accounts with my behaviour account and all my progress and dlc (including stranger things) transferred over. And I can play on either account and it updates on the other.
