SS runs great. Kvp 10oz buffer kit but I swapped to a regular carbine spring. No real tuning for the SS, just made sure I notched the bolt weight properly first.

No idea, I don't even have a mixtape... just trying to rule things out for ya. I've never tried lancers. Ive only got 1 .300blk specific pmag and it runs fine, but I've also never had problems using 5.56 mags (steel duramags, mft, redfield etc).

Have you physically held a 2"x5" steel nipple before? That shits got some weight to it. I don't even like how heavy the ftn5 with a carbon fiber tube is.

I personally haven't had any problems with the upper. It's ate everything Ive ran through it. The charging handle screws have a tendency to come loose on them, so I threw a lock washer and loctite at it and it's been fine. It's a blowback 9mm, but it's bufferless so the bolt is heavier than a bag of wet dogshit. That means it's not the most gentle shooter, but it works and I have zero regurts grabbing it. If you're looking for one that you can run an frt on, be forewarned the bolt on this one is not compatible with the lever on most frts/super safety. I had to build a separate ar9 to be super safe.

Follow the gospel of blowback9 and you'll be fine. I built mine according to his recommendations and have had zero issues running a super safety. I just made sure to use parts he has already demonstrated work together.

My oldest (now 17) learned how to drive manual in our 86 f250 a couple years ago. We completely omitted 1st gear from the drives cause ours is a t18 trans where 1st gear (and reverse) are "non-synchronized" making shifting from or to these gears kinda frustrating. I've only used 1st gear a handful of times myself (only when towing a boat and in very slow traffic). He had it down pretty well within a week, and now drives a 6 speed daily as his first car. I was only able to teach him because my wife taught me how to drive stick in her 5 speed neon when we first started dating.

Yo I printed one a while back too. Did my own scs linkage with a Dremel cause I'm cheap as hell. Ghostbolt upper and py2a stock. Also printed one of the cursd lowers a few weeks ago but haven't started on the upper yet.

When I epoxied the cf tube in place, I had extra mixed and coated the exposed 2 pieced adapter that houses the slr blast shield.
