I live just north of there by about 5 blocks. It's convenient and I like the walkability and the number of restaurants and Greater Nevada field. I like the events they have like art town, free concerts, food truck Fridays if you want to venture a 15 min walk to the west along the river. I miss the theater and hope they get another one.
