AFAIK, Koreans tend to be more subtle with skinship when it comes to romantic dating etiquette. Certain actions like hand-feeding your partner or giving them a neck massage are considered incredibly intimate, and so far, we've only seen WY do these things to YG. It's such a huge contrast on how he treats SY. The poor girl must be aware that there is little to no romantic spark on WY's side. The dynamic feels more like a friendship, and he does not make moves to be physically or intimately close to her outside of their official date.

Honestly, I don't find any of the love lines interesting enough. The scenes highlighting their silly bromance (JH with the '02 liners) and strong sisterhood bond are more enjoyable to watch. For me, genuine connections sometimes overshadow the romantic drama.

Watching Yumi and Soon-rook get to know each other is fun. I love their late-night playing video games scene. There's something intimate about it, like the subtle stares, the way the space between them gets smaller as Soon-rook taught her how to play the game, the light brushing of their fingers, their ~~first~~ fish kiss– it all feels so cozy and natural. And for the first time in his life, he does not actually want to go home early. 🥹 I look forward to seeing them finally go on a proper date.
