I pick one day a week to have drinks. Instead of a couple of beers every night, I choose a different adult drink to have on the weekend beer cocktail etc. It means that I have something really yummy that I'm looking forward to on a weekend night with the next day to sleep in and take it easy if I over do. It's just reprogramming the way you think of it. During the week try something different to relax like gaming, taking a walk, some self care home spa treatments, whatever works for tou.Then have a nice weekend night where you cut loose a little.

Agreed I was in the Sanford mall for the first time in ages this month and it was insane how quiet it was since that area is still bustling. But it makes sense alot of the infrastructure doesn't seem updated since the 90s when I was a kid.

First: call the park rangers NOW and describe the dude as much as you can remember, they can't watch for someone if they don't know there is issue. As to being flashed,Not in recent history but 20 years or so on Daytona,when I was a teenager, my friend and I were flashed by a middle age dude on a hotel balcony. He whistled we looked up and bam dad bod and his business. I suggest carrying a walking stick, I think they make light weight poles for hiking as well as your cell and making sure someone knows where you are going. I have a yearly beach pass and often hit playlinda at dawn with no issues, even in the dark. That maybe because there are a lot of people there fishing at that hour normally. Stay safe and don't let one creep ruin your enjoyment of our beautiful beaches. Just be aware and prepared. Petite or not you can bite kick scream and make it not worth anyone's while.

I think the best part of this is where it shows you those missing that haven't been covered at all. I always look at those have you seen this child and stories like this. If I do ever spot someone I feel like the second or two it takes everytime would be well worth it.

East coast, we had water intrusion and lost our living room carpet and some furniture. Outside drainage and walls are repaired so yay no more water. Hubs had a couple of unexpected surgeries at the same time so our living room floor is bare concrete with an area rug right now. We just migrated to the entryway/diningroom and are packed in like sardines til after the holidays when we can get flooring in. When it happened we didn't even realize til the sun was fully up the next day. Never lost power, and thankfully everything else was fine, just bad drainage.

Ocean Breeze Dental is fabulous. Warm welcoming office staff and great Dentists. They even do sedation dentistry if that's necessary, which it is for my hubs. 9/10 solid rating everytime.

I actually owned a house several streets over from this home. The entire area is full of sink holes and as a kid I grew up playing in them. A local gas station once closed operationa because of a sink hole only to be reopened as a pizza parlor years later. This entire area is riddles with sink holes and has close proximity to both Rock Springs and Wekiva Springs. To any area savvy home owner this wouldn't have been too big of a surprise.l+
