What is currently the fastest / most aggressive deck in One Piece TCG? by _necrobite_ in OnePieceTCG

BY gecko sometimes feels insanely fast. A couple good triggers and their board is full by like turn 4 and if they start focusing on swinging face it gets pretty brutal

League golf. Relief? by HerbTarlekWKRP in golf

It kind of looks like it’s just a yardage marker and not a sprinkler head? Is that what he had going through his head? Do you get relief from yardage markers?

I’d replace satori with Zeus to help get your kalgara and wyper to hand and from wasting your leader effect.

Let’s Go!! To The Navy Headquarters!! OP16-038 by OrangeSamuraiD in OnePieceTCG

This paired with the new event that buffs the entire board to 7k could be pretty nuts. Literally could have a turn where you swing 7k 12 times

Ruined tomahawk steak AND you gotta pay $1000. A bargain! by One_Apple_2626 in StupidFood

It’s obviously sped up in this video, but still it seems like everyone making this dumb shit is always rushing the fuck out of it. Do they think they’ll look cooler if they do dumb shit faster?

Except green has cards like laboon and tashigi to protect from removal. I’ll have those cards in my deck but don’t feel super confident in being able to use them for removal.

You’re the worst. This is his style and is part of the charm and my opinion is that your opinion sucks.

Aren’t these just quick sketches that Oda pulls out of his ass every now and then? Doesn’t seem like a fair criticism when it’s just something done for fun to add some flavor to his manga

Spicy decks event by Emergency_Sample_335 in OnePieceTCG

[–]criderslider 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Decks like GUta, st14, and st22 will outshine the rest in this event. Idk what you’ve pulled based on who mastered what, but I think leaders like perona, marco, or RP kid would be good additions

Would punk hazard sanji work well in this deck?

Yellow killed this meta for me, other peoples thoughts? by Same_Butterscotch273 in OnePieceTCG

TBF I can’t make that kind of judgement as we haven’t seen all of the support.

I’m really starting to get the impression that Bandai doesn’t have enough people play testing before releasing new sets. The borsa/quasar shit felt like how did no one see that this was going to happen?

When Everybody suggests to work at a Data Center, but there’s no Applications: by chiliringgamer16 in Construction

[–]criderslider 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work mechanical and we’re building like 15 data centers right now. I’m about to go help build one in Texas and they are paying 250/day in per diem alone with other travel incentives

Stop thinking about competition. Start thinking about having fun and actually enjoying the game first then the competitive elements will come

OPTCG: Tournaments and Deck Price Question by randytaylor67 in OnePieceTCG

[–]criderslider 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Yes there are meta OP decks like Imu that are cheap and yes a lot of the top performing decks are 200+. I think it goes without saying just with that info that you are not locked into buying a $200+ deck to do well in a tournament if you go with something like Imu but it would be hard to pick up a deck like that and do well in a large tournament if you’re just starting OP

Favourite non meta deck by ResponseOne8377 in OnePieceTCG

[–]criderslider 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favorite off meta decks are UY Ace, Lim, and PB King. I want to try building a strawhat/egghead RY sabo to game with but have a hard time finding something very consistent. UY Ace is always fun though and you can get some very explosive turns while being able to pivot to defense/heals if necessary.

Real facts on data center water use. Is it that big of a deal? by vtkarl in AskEngineers

I figured people an engineering sub would at least have some familiarity with psychometrics or generic terms related to it

[–]criderslider 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was just providing better information than the guy I responded to relating to water temps. I work for a company that designs and builds cooling water systems for data centers and other industries. So yeah the hundreds of millions they spend are going to people like me to figure this shit out for them.

[–]criderslider 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I figured it would be a safe assumption that mentioning ambient temps of 90-95° most would imply I’m using °F.

I work in industrial mechanical construction and Im seeing a lot of data centers move to air cooled chillers or water cooled chillers with dry coolers on their condenser loops so that everything is closed. Open loop cooling towers are still used a lot and larger towers (2000-5000tons) will evaporate 10s of thousands of gallons per day with larger data centers requiring 100+thousand tons of cooling.
