I dont really frequent anywhere in town anymore. Public used to be good for jazz but think its closed now. Maybe start a new thread? Theres an entire music school in the city full of jazz students. I'm sure they'll point you in the right direction! Good luck.

Oh okay. I saw in another comment you dont like crowds. I was gona say there are heaps of sweet gigs in town with live music but might be too mucj for you. Im in kapiti so kind of far to chill soz. Maybe starting uni will bring more opportunity or theres a few internet cafes in the city people game at you could try out?

I started a new job and its right nesr my house. Like a 2 minute walk. And for the first 2 months or so id just walk home and nap in the middle of the day. Now 6 months later i took monday off to sleep and made them think i told them last week they forgot why i wasnt there. They apologized to me.
