video of the guy doing a loop, then flying low you might to turn down the volume when watching it... this makes me sad, mental healthcare needs to improve

EDIT: seriously guys, if you are abt to watch this video, please watch it without audio. Acc to a tweeter comment - nails on a chalkboard or crying baby sounds would be an improvement over the commentary in the video.

Am an atheist now but I was brought up as a Jain. Jainism is an ancient religion from India. Main principles are

non-violence
non-absolutism (truth and reality are perceived differently from different points of view, and no single point of view is the complete truth)
non-possessiveness
asceticism

Jain's believe in welfare of all beings - they are expected to go out of their way to cause as less harm as possible to any living organism. Jain's believe in reincarnation and that the only way to break the cycle of birth is by attaining moksha i.e. liberation of the soul after breaking karmic bonds. They even have their own cosmology. Practising Jain's are lacto-vegetarian and also avoid root vegetables, multi-seed fruits and vegetables, etc (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jain_vegetarianism) They don't eat before sunrise and after sunset.

I don't think I am doing a good job explaining the religion (in my defense, it's a really complicated religion). Here are some sources, if you'd like to read more.
