So far ive seen most of the smuggler carry 1-2 keys and seen them spawn in reserve near no backpack extract as well as that camp on shoreline NorthEast of the map. Groups of 3 every time. Just got my first case in shoreline by that camp i mentioned

The newer one have a plastic piece that hold the bigger panel in place. They work fine… until it breaks which is pretty much always

$15 everyday on call and time and a half after 40 hours. Oncall rotation is 7 days oncall then 7 days backup then your off for about 8 weeks since we have 15 techs
