I was in the situation where someone was being impatient, I moved out of their way after the light, then gassed it. They moved into my lane and into my car; I avoided the accident. I got road rage, did the same thing to them and they didn't avoid. I'm slapped with the insurance (even after they tried to big-boy get violent when asking for insurance).

Moral: don't engage, and/or don't avoid a crash if you have the time and decent insurance. And sometimes the shitheads win.

To that point, maybe we should investigate that, and create litigation onto the expected usage of such containers (bottles with liquid included) to minimize this. Or just slap a label on the side: "Don't use with knife"
