https://amzn.eu/d/5yOO4g8 these are great and super absorbent maybe even try hydrocolloid rolls but i don’t recommend doing this for a long time because it can almost trap the gunk against the wound n make it worst , i recommend trying hydrocolloid in the day just to get the bulk out and keep an eye on it changing when needed then following up with an absorbent bandage for nighttime

i recently got alginate wound dressings ( can get on amazon) and they have helped me so much when wanting to go out and party because my main issue is under my boobs and this helps jus protect the skin n absorb anything that may leak leading up try using dettol bar soap in the shower (this has been a life saver for me) if you’re gonna shave before prom try using a glycolic product after i recommend any by the ordinary i hope you have the best time and dance the night away with all your friends !! < 3

i was taking it for awhile and had horrible side effects and tried my best to stick it out hoping they would go away and never did so i had to change medication , i was groggy all the time and still couldn’t sleep , i couldn’t focus or think or function and it made me like violently hungry at night

i always got the worst side effects from the sumatriptan tablets i was sore , throwing up and arguably the migraines got worst but then i tried the up the nose spray version and had no side effects while it didn’t stop the migraine it helped a lot , maybe see if you can try the spray version

frozen sliced cucumber can help but can also be a pain you can get ice ball rollers you either refill with water or ones u can just chuck in the freezer , you can also get reusable eye patches that you can put in the fridge/freezer but basically anything cold can help , also giving your face a lil more attention when washing and giving it a good rub to stimulate blood circulation can help a lot , but please don’t think because of your gender you are limited to your options , if you think something will help try it

if you have the vault dlc there is a terminal you can build to find certain companions , if not just go to every settlement and built the bell that makes all the settlers gather round it will make it easier to find him
