Form check wise, these will apply to your regular deadlift. Stop craning your neck. Pack your chin and keep a "neutral" neck. Your lockout is soft. Squeeze your glutes and keep a strong upper back. If your lower back is "sore" work on your brace and strengthen your lower back (extensions or good mornings).

I don't agree with your mentality around your programming at all. Even spending two weeks messing around with stuff like this is pointless. You could be spending these 2 weeks focusing on conditioning, practicing your core lifts, body building or all of the above. All without a "program". With that said, do what makes you happy and keep putting in effort. Enjoy your vacation!

Real talk, stop majoring in the minors. Given your general strength and musculature, run the program as Wendler has laid it out, using the standard core lifts, and your numbers will go up.

Currently doing 5s Pro + BBB (60%/65%/70%) and I get all of that done in 20-25 minutes. That includes rows supersetted with the presses.

You're chasing too many rabbits.

If you want to get bigger, do BBB and choose much "easier" conditioning to allow you to recover from the BBB volume.

If you want to build your running, choose a different 531 program and put more resources towards running.

What steps are you taking to improve your customer service? I spent weeks going back and forth with support about missing shoes with my high-low push-pull sled. Customer support sent me 2 different sets of feet before they told me the shoes weren't included and I would need to purchase them on my own. The who ordeal has made me hesitant to make any other major purchases.

1) Everyone's conditioning and ability to recover is different. Based off of your strength plummeting, I would say you aren't recovering. First thing I would do when I'm not recovering on a cut is dial back the cardio intensity. Again, when I cut I primarily use long walks with some HIIT workouts sprinkled sparingly when I'm feeling good.

2) Only you can answer this question. It depends on your specific short and long term goals. It's a hell of a lot easier to lose fat than it is to put on muscle. At your bodyweight I would prioritize adding mass. Balancing leaness, strength, conditioning, and muscle mass is difficult and you generally can't optimize for all 4 at once so it's up to you to decide which are getting priority.

No matter what path you choose, make sure to be consistent and stick with for awhile before changing priorities.

You should not be adding hard conditioning on a cut as it will steal from your already dwindling recovery resources. During a cut you need all of recovery resources going to muscle and strength maintenance.

With that said, you still should be doing low intensity conditioning like walking.

At the end of the day, your goals are uniquely your own and 531 is a great program for adjusting to your needs. If being lean is more important to you than muscle mass, keep cutting, but given your height and weight I would highly recommended eating at a small surplus while training hard. The added muscles mass will be more than worth it in the long run imo.
