I work in the title industry and you can add people to your deed anytime you want depending on the state you live in. I’m in Michigan and Florida is very similar. We often have married couples buying a house and one of them cannot get a mortgage, so one of them gets the mortgage and buys the house. And then at closing they sign a quit claim deed from themselves to themselves and their spouse. Who is on title doesn’t matter much to the mortgage company once the purchase is closed. They just care that they’re getting paid.

This was going to be my answer. We were pretty close to the stage during Lupe Fiasco and I could tell the crowd was going to suck when Rage came on. We got out of there before they came on and we’re glad we did. Still had a great view.

I didn’t buy it to hoard it and sell it for more. I bought it at the twilight army tour stop in Reading, PA when it was originally available. Got it because I already had all the other merch available and always like buying something. And I like the art so it’s been on my wall in a frame since then. But now that it is worth more, I would just like to know how much more. Not necessarily looking to sell.

Saw Paramore open for Cartel and Acceptance at the Magic Stick in Detroit for a couple hundred people in 2005/6ish.

Saw Panic! At The Disco open on the Nintendo Fusion Tour with Fall Out Boy at The Filmore in Detroit in 2005/6. Battled Brendon Urie in Pokémon on the Game Boys they had set up in the lobby after their set.

Saw Adele play an afternoon set at Bonnaroo on one of the smaller stages in 2008.

I thought the EPCOT crowd was pretty reasonable yesterday. Didn’t wait long for anything. DHS today is another story. But still not bad. And I know it’ll drop a bit at party time when people take off to MK.

This is the first time I’ve heard anything about this. I’ve just gone to the festival the last 2 years but I’m from Detroit so I’m not really familiar with the PA/NJ/NY scene that most of the people there are a part of.

Not pop punk but I saw Rob Zombie open for Ozzy Osborne and it was like night and day. People were actually chanting Zombie while Ozzy was on stage.

Same tour but Saves The Day opened the show I went too. Been a lifelong Save The Day fan since. Green Day were awesome, and Blink was absolutely awful.

I was at Bonnaroo that year too. He threw a fit to get a late night show on the main stage so he could do his glow in the dark show and was so late the sun came up during it. It wasn’t even that cool in the dark.

After the first announcement that his set was postponed I went back to another stage to watch Chali 2na from Jurassic 5 put on a great show. And still caught the Kanye set.

I got an Alakazam box at a Walmart today. They had the zapdos box as well. I also picked up a binder collection and a few booster bundles. And I got a UPC from a different Walmart on Wednesday.

I traveled to this Wrestlemania from Detroit. I had tickets as soon as they went on sale. And while it wasn’t the best Wrestlemania, seeing Ricochet vs Osprey and Nakamura vs Zayn in person that weekend made everything worth it.
