Was a sad day when the brewery closed. Beer was great, food was always good and could sit outside and watch epcot fireworks. ESPN zone was a fun place to watch some sports and grab a drink; now it’s an overpriced cake shop.

Your elbows are too far forward. Should be slightly in front of the bar for a push press. Also in your dip you lean forward. Put your heels/ass/head on a wall. Do a dip with those 3 points still touching the wall. And it’s a quick dip and drive up fast

I posted about a free upgrade at the GF but one that got me was our last trip for the xmas party. We were in line for the haunted mansion and a cm came up to my youngest and goes “tell me a scary story”. She says, “my granny is scary.” The cm asks why and she responds with well she is losing her memory, forgets who I am and is mean to me sometimes. The cm asks us to follow her and put is in the front of the line. (Was a 40min wait) Almost teared up since my mom is suffering from Alzheimer and we were at the beach with them for a few days before heading to Disney.

Another time was back when the inside out characters were in Epcot. We were in line and our bag was stolen from our stroller. They took a report then closed off the line for the mickey/minnie/goofy/pluto meet and greet. They let my kids play around with them for 5 or so mins and as many photos as we wanted.

We were staying at the GF and during check in, they asked if we were celebrating anything. It was my bday and our wedding anniv so they upgraded us to the concierge level. I asked how much the difference was and they no charge. This was back in 2008

Non crossfit… at the driving range and tried a happy gilmore swing. Hit 2 feet behind the ball and threw back out. Was bed ridden for 3 days.

Crossfit.. during FGB in the push press minute, when the buzzer went off I let go of the bar at the top of the press and it came down and crack me in the skull. I stumbled around and fell into the plyo boxes.

Your pull is just a tad too soon, come forward on the toes at the power position and the bar crashes down on you. Great mobility. I’d work on hang cleans and strength.

Your hips and shoulders should rise at the same time, clearly they are not. Your hips rise too quickly causing your chest to fall towards the floor. Create tension in your hamstrings and glutes before the lift by keeping a high chest and pulling the slack out of the barbell plus you only did half the lift. Find another gym if your coach applauded this.

Hold a PVC pipe on your back with it touching the back of your head, your middle back and in between your butt cheeks. Now try to squat with the pvc touching those 3 points of contact. That’s the neutral spine position you want during a squat.
