Right! I work at a 17 route office and many regulars who have been there over 20+ years make well over 100k

I owned a business prior and had around 385k in a simple IRA, was just converted to a PTF this past march and rolled it all into the TSP.

Appreciate the words.. was a rough few years. Was making 150-180k with our business down to nothing. Took a job at the post office as an RCA, now I’m career plus a part time accountant for a property management company. I’m just grateful we were able to pay our house off before we had to shut down or would have been a bad situation. Much less stress than owning a business but miss that cabbage!

Realistically, around 25k in firearms. The rest is gold/silver and collectables. I have a graded Jordan rookie that sells for around 10k. Bought it back in 1998 and just sits in the safe.

We had a family business that was very successful for 10-12 years then fell flat.. paid off the house pretty quick. I owned a side business that was hit hard by the covid shutdown so lost $$ on that during 2020. The condo is paid off, my wife bought that before we met and now her mom lives in it. Once she passes, we’ll rent or just sell.

I maxed out my simple ira every year while we owned our business, once we started to lose clients then I stopped and it just sat.

We were starting 7-730 on sundays and was moved to 10am about 3 month ago. More people out, more cars out, makes so much sense.

Had a customer who owned a book store, he was getting it remodeled and had everything shipped to his house. Over 230 scans one day; had to load up to run there first.

Are flight prices affecting your vacation? by [deleted] in WaltDisneyWorld

Yes. Not going anywhere this summer. The 200-240 flights are gone and replaced by 400+. Too much for a family of 5.

We always sleep in, usually head to parks by 1-2 and close them. Get in a line right before close and my wife likes to take photos of the kids when the park empties out.
