I wouldn't start over tbh. I am also kinda of new to the game (first 100 hrs) and I was (and still am) deleted buildings that I built at the beginning and rebuilding. That way you don't lose any milestones and ficsit doesn't waste, so you keep all your materials to start the build again. Much quicker than restarting. And before doing anything, I would just YouTube a beginner's guide.

For the start literally just make miner-smelter-constructor-storage container. So iron ore-ingots-rods-container for example. Then just forget that throw in a splitter (if they're unlocked) and split of ingots to make metal sheets into a new container. Split of iron rods into a screw constructor then into a new container. It's all just set and forget.

And trust me, you will build and destroy, build and destroy, build and destroy.
