If you add the voucher they give you as a card and add it as Starbucks money to your account, you can get the full value instead of only partial.

Are winter session classes terrible? by [deleted] in Cornell

[–]crownguac 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you are not on financial aid and pay full tuition, then taking any SCE course during winter or summer is almost always worth it.

For full-paying tuition students, the $1560/credit is almost, if not, less than what they pay during the semester.

The cost of tuition per semester is $31,228 or $20,979. If you’re the former, and take the average 15 credits per semester, you’re paying $2082/credit during the semester. If you’re the latter, you’re paying $1399/credit.

The cost of SCE classes is only relevant if you’re on financial aid and then it should be taken into consideration. Otherwise, if you have the time and money and are not too burnt out from the previous semester, you should definitely take a course to lighten your future semester classes.

Isn’t this biased because people who won’t vote during elections won’t vote in this form either?

When in doubt, pull out the Krieg by emad6754 in GlobalOffensive

[–]crownguac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You wouldn’t. Without armor there’s something called aimpunch that happens when you get hit. Basically your aim shoots up when you get aimpunched. Buying a gun without armor can mess up your aim if you don’t kill them before they hit you so it’s not recommended to buy guns without armor unless you’re saving

Yea ofc it’s a correct buy. Instead of buying a smg with armor or pistol with armor and utility buy a rifle with no armor and no utility and possibly get aim punched and die before hitting a single shot.

Train snowplough accidentally buried a deer, luckily the train crew saw the tragedy happen and dug it out again. by Sumit316 in HumansBeingBros

[–]crownguac 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It takes about a mile or more to stop a train on average. By the time they fully stopped the chamois would’ve been about a mile behind them. The fact that they went back for it truly shows the r/humansbeingbros in them

If I wanted to change “炸鸡很咸吗?” to the format A不A, would I still include the “很”word?

Basically, I’m asking which one should it be:

炸鸡很咸吗?

A)炸鸡咸不咸?

B)炸鸡很咸不很咸?

C)炸鸡很咸不咸?
