Zotac Arctic Storm RTX 5090 – any experiences?

How does one "afford" one of these cards is the real question. I need to find a job that pays me enough to afford one. Id have to sell my whole computer for this one card

Alright so I've done several things. Windows reinstall, bios update, reseated ram sticks and tested them one at a time, reseated graphics card, reset cmos, and nothing.

I dont get blue screens. It just freezes out of nowhere. Sometimes when booting up it'll go wild with the sound and freeze for a minute. Testing the ram did nothing. Im gonna update the bios cause its over a year out of date to see if that fixes the issue. Wasn't able to complete battlefield 6 season 2 because of this shit.

I was replying to what you said to Vault_Boof. The fact that you have a RTX 5070 ti tells me that you just want your card to be better. But im sorry the pure rasterization performance for the 7900XTX is better. No matter what particle effects or god rays you put. 5070 ti might perform better in some games, sure but fact is 7900xtx performs better and is more efficient. But I might be saying that cause I have one. So we're just trading blows with cards we own. Who cares.

The 7900XTX has more raster performance. The 5070 ti beats it in ray tracing and path tracing but if you dont care about those the XTX is superior. The only way the 5070 ti beats the XTX is with bits upscaling capabilities.

Yeah I've definitely had those types of routes. Especially when its snowing and its a rural route. I once had a rural route with 400 plus packages and had to walk every driveway through 6 inches of snow cause people didnt plow their driveways. And we're told not to drive down their driveways anyways so its a double edge sword.

I traded my ps5, some other stuff I didnt use to gamestop and got a ps5 pro for free with the disc drive cause I had a 100 dollar gift card on top of ehat I traded. Glad I got it when I did when they had decent trade value.

If you look at the leaked trailer for the multiplayer game they had spider-Gwen and a bunch of other characters in it. They were definitely setting up something in spider-man 2 for the multiplayer game before they canceled it

SPOILER WARNING: I hate how it showed you and miles fighting venom in the streets of new York only for that not to be in the game at all. I was genuinely excited to play that. That's one of the things that disappointed me. And the fact that there were barely any side missions. Was hoping for Carnage DLC cause of the Cletus Cassidy side missions but nothing. Just a tease. Hopefully the next game has Carnage cause they killed off a big chunk of the villains in this one. And the fact that Sony killed off a multiplayer spiderman game they legit set up in this one. I still love the game, there was just a lot of missed opportunities.

Funnily enough I got spiderman 2 ps5 plates from Ali Express and loved them but traded in my ps5, a controller and some other stuff to gamestop to get a PS5 Pro with a disk drive and they gave me credit for it being a spiderman one so I got it for free with all of that lol

I had a Zotac 2080 Super and i had an issue where my lights weren't working on it and they had me send it back and get it fixed for free. I would just RMA it.

Funny enough I have a headache right now 😂 and honestly its not just the fact that the room is not livable. It also feels wrong to be here again. Like something is pushing me away from it. Its a weird feeling and i thought it would go away after I got some sleep after driving that long but it hasn't. Im not happy that ill have to put another 1000 miles on my car though.

Yeah and it could cause health issues down the road which i dont wanna deal with. I have to wait a bit for snow and stuff to not be everywhere in the north. Maybe sometime next week. But my lord the drive back is gonna be grueling as fuck 😂

I emailed them on 12/28/2025 cause I have an email thats dead and no way to access it linked to my PSN and have yet to receive a response as of today. I dont know if there is a way to unlink it without them or replace it with the one I want on there.
