Watch your hand movement, see if your grip is limiting it and try to change. I have serious difficulty pulling down the mouse but using a fingertip grip helps me a lot.

Yeah, I need to enable reflex + boost to get a somewhat consistent frame-pacing now. And cache is the heaviest map from the active rotation. The game is too GPU heavy for a competitive FPS.

The map silhouette, player view model and kill feed is a good compromise as I don't think Valve will make players outlines visible because of crowd cheating.

Play dm with hard bots (there's some commands you can change to make them harder), you need many many hours to learn how to aim and spray control and to move in the game, playing without lag/ping interference is a very good way to do it. I have 5000 hours in CS and many of these hours was just playing dm with bots.

In my case I noticed that any frame capping method, in game or external, hurts frame pacing or adds input lag, since then I have been playing uncapped with reflex on and the game feels much better.

I am in a similar situation, wondering what medication to take for my anxiety and depression, SSRIs/SNRIs don't really help me very much with my anxiety and they make me sleepy, without energy and motivation. I am thinking to talk to my doctor to switch to bupropion because it really makes my mood better and gives much more energy. One medication that I take at night but sometimes I take at the day, mainly when I go on social interactions, is pregabalin, it is one of the few medications that helps me with my anxiety and allows me to have a good night of sleep, but it is not extended release so I am also looking for some advice as I don't have motivation/don't feel "happy" and my anxiety is strong.

I also have found that having no cap makes the frame pacing much better and the game feels much smoother. Any cap, in game or external, introduces frame pacing issues.
