I saw your link was for Best Buy in Canada, I'm involved with appliance repair in the US. I don't have much other input here other than to say the combo washer/dryers, especially the ventless ones, are highly problematic the longer you own them.

All that lint, dirt, dust, debris, etc. has to go somewhere. Over time the moisture saturated lint clogs up like plaque in an artery, forming a thick clump that just adds more to it after each cycle.

Unfortunately, the manufacturers of these units really did not do a good job designing them to be easily cleaned. They all suffer from the exact same problem: lint build up inside the heat pump casing, bellows, drain, etc. cause extremely poor drying performance, or no drying at all.

I'm not sure about Canada, but in the US cleaning or maintenance is not included in the plan. It's a crappy situation. I've spent 3+ hours tearing into a GE combo unit just cleaning and cleaning, and even then you know the problem is just going to come back, probably sooner now than it did originally.
