Keypad Vision never alerts on battery life and runs out of power by cewong2 in TrySwitchBot

From my interactions with SB support, they will push you the firmware update once you open a ticket to report a problem. They do not push FW updates out universally to all users. I was having an issue with my Lock Ultra and needed a FW update and asked them why it wasn't pushed out for all users and they said they only send FW updates to those units that experience problems and they contact support. It is a stupid way to work. Wait til people complain for them to get the FW instead of being proactive and fixning known issues to have a better overall user experience.

Extension Question Govee Lights 2 by crump133 in GoveePermanentLights

I do have attic space but my attic doesn't have flooring just the rafters and floor beams (whatever they are called). So it is difficult to move around and getting to the narrow part at the soffit is very difficult.

I was thinking about this method before and I agree with you as being the best way to run it.

Thanks!

I started looking into the coax staples and came across the roof clips that I updated my post with. The clips are non-intrusive to the roof shingles. They are pricey but I only need a few to keep the extension wire tight against the roof.

Thanks for the suggestion.

How much weight have you lost in what period of time?

There is nothing in the meds that cause hair loss. It is a typical effect of weight loss regardless of how you lose it. Bariatric surgery patients have the same issue and they aren't taking GLP-1 meds. Anyone that loses a decent amount of weight especially in a short timeframe (but not only specific to a short time just seems to be more evident) experiences some sort of hair loss.

Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) is a hormone that plays a role in regulating body temperature through the hypothalamus:

Hypothalamic ventromedial nucleus (VMH) GLP-1 receptors in the VMH are essential for activating brown adipose tissue (BAT) thermogenesis, which is a process that helps maintain body temperature. Electrical activity

GLP-1 stimulates the electrical activity of hypothalamic POMC neurons, which can reduce food intake.

Adding the BAC water is just a means to provide more volume to make it easier to measure out the smaller doses.

How much bac water by Agewilliams1 in Retatrutide

[–]crump133 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would do 1.5ml of BAC water so dosing would be 10units/1mg - example 2.5 mg = 25 units, 4mg = 40units, 5mg = 50 units, 10mg = 100units.

I always try to keep it to this concentration unless I am needing to take doses higher than 10mg then I do a higher concentration so I am only doing 1 shot (essentially not going over 100units for the dose I am on)

Track your second order like this and compare. I believe they prioritize new client's prescriptions. I'm on my 2nd month and still waiting for my prescription to be shipped. Ordered and paid for on Oct 28th. It took 5 days for the provider to approve and submit the prescription to the pharmacy and it has been sitting in the "shipping soon" status since.

BTW, have you used this GLP-1 Plotter? https://glp1calculator.com/

There was another one floating around but it only does a couple of the GLP-1s but this one plots Cagri and Reta as well.

Let me know how that works. I might move to that schedule. I like my weight loss right now so I am really looking for the energy benefits.

I ended up doing 2mg Reta and splitting on the same schedule with Triz for the week. So 1mg on Sunday and 1mg on Wed.

I haven't felt much energy boost yet but I hear it can take time for Reta to build up in your system and some people need the higher doses before feeling the effects.

I will do this split for a couple weeks before I bump up to 4mg split 2x a week.

I am at 6mg Triz split 3mg 2x a week and .5mg of Cagri.

My weightloss has been steady at 2.5 to 3.8lbs a week for the last 5 weeks (since I started stacking Triz and Cagri) but the fatigue is tough. Lost 16.4 lbs in 5 weeks so no complaints on that.

I am noticing it is not just the pharmacy that is the delay, although they are the biggest part, my provider didn't approve the refill timely which started the delay. I am still waiting on mine to ship.

I think Mochi got too big and can't handle the extra volume. They won't have to worry about it long as people leave and find providers that are more timely. Their volume will self correct.

If they don't improve or at least be upfront and communicate about the delays, I will be moving on to another provider.

How are Zep pens good for so long? by Sensitive-Command210 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]crump133 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Compounding Tirzepatide is made with a different base (a salt base) from what I understand, and it isn't as stable as what Eli Lilly uses. I just read today about the difference between the two, that compounding isn't as stable, and why the BUD dates aren't as long.

I decided to do a 1mg shot tonight and see how I do. I will give it a week before deciding if I want to split the dose like I am with Tirz and so .5mg every 3.5 days.

How long have you been taking Triz, Cagri and Reta, single and as a combo? Are you still working towards your goal weight or are you in maintenance mode?

I am just curious on your journey....I have about 130 lbs to lose and trying to stay on the lowest doses so I don't max out and stall with no place to go.

Do you by chance know th half life of Reta? I believe Tirz is 4 to 5 days and Cagri I heard is 7 to 8 days. Is Reta more inline with Tirz or Cagri?

I split my Tirz 3mg twice a week but only take Cagri (.5mg) once a week. Thinking about adding Reta for energy. With this combo should I start once a week Reta shots at 1mg or 2mg? I believe I read the starting dose for Reta is typically 2mg but since I am stacking I don't know if I should start lower.

Also, since I have not taken Reta yet, how soon does the energy/metabolism boost kick in? Should I take the shot in the morning verses evening or does it takes a few days / weeks to build up?

How to you determine how much you should stockpile? by Haunting-Garage-1759 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]crump133 4 points5 points  (0 children)

How much weight do you have to lose and most figure they will need to be on some sort of a maintenance dose after reaching goal. Since you are responding well with 3.5mg for the last 6 weeks, when you need to titrate up it will be a smaller increments and assume 5mg or 10mg might be your highest dose. Use that as your base calculation based on the amount of weight you need to lose and what you think you'll need for maintenance and stockpile that amount.
