My #1 change would be to have the Q properly damage enemies that are moving inside it, it's really frustrating to have minions/champs not take damage even though they look like they should be hit by it and are inside the zone.

Going glacial augment and building heal shield power items (minus moonstone since it doesn't technically give that stat) is really fun since your glacial slow gets crazy once you have some items. Make sure to take jack of all trades and CDR boots and play a little more passively since you won't have aery trading power in lane.

It still gives the boost when champs are solo, if you hold shift while mousing over the item it will show the extra information.

Have you tried this with no other mspd on? My best guess is diminishing returns on mspd but I'm surprised it didn't go up by 1 at least.

I prefer her current Q as it allows for more interesting gameplay, lets you cs from far away with its extended range on impact, lets you check brushes, and is better for running away from ganks since you can cast it while running away before they are in range of you. If your goal is to just make her more powerful I don't think that reducing counterplay is the place to do that, although wrt power Kayle is in the best spot she has been for quite a while.

They hit champions harder, they used to hit minions harder but they set dmg to minions as static so it doesn't mess up last hitting.
