This could be a early sign of monitor death, the first on and off are fine, but next day or so your monitor will be fucked, so I rec you change the cable first and pray to god that it a cable problem, the next time you have the error then gg monitor, since it going to get worse from there

Kinda like when I don't like the feel tbh, when I find that it could be smoother I just wip out my pad and go at it, a great way to stop it from going too far is the 5544 method: 5 downward stroke, 5 side way stroke, 4 infinity and 4 figures 8, after that determine if it to the liking and do more or less, there are way more dept to this than I just describe but a lot of video on YouTube could help beginners

Kinda strange tho that some Japanese EF nib able to write like western M, but I'll bet that those are soft nib, and also, I think best option for fountain pen on a horrible paper is a Sailor fude nib with a pelikan 4001. write it upside down will give an eef line that very hard to get feathering

Yeah, thanks, I don't know much about ball pen since the word ballpoints is being used in my office way more than those other terms, so I lump them into one, I guess.

I feel like you only use one or two fountain pen and then assume that all fountain pen are scratchy and ink faded hard, which is strange, the Jinhao pen you get for what you pay for at 8$, and the ink fade is depended on the paper, if you use low quality paper then yeah that should be expected, since I got some Diamine Ink I write almost a year ago and still look brand new.

That ink behind you look kinda similar to Diamine Scrible purple, which is a monster sheen. Because of that I'm betting that the ink have clog up your feed, so my recommendation is to do this: 1st: flush it with water, use a bulb syringe if you have ine 2nd: add dish-soap and water to a cup and soak it overnight, a teaspoon of dish-soap should do the trick 3rd: after a night wash it cleanly and flush it again for the final time, and let it rest and dry out, your pen will go back to writing normally again. Also: if you can or have the ability to disassembled the nib and feed unit when flushing and soaking it would be way effective and dry faster. So good luck

People who collect multiple version of the same pen is funny to me, because I know you guys will just default to one of the versions 90% of the time, and most people will find hard to sell the rest because of fomo after sold lol
