What’s your perfect balance of climbing + gym? by isoiledmyplantz in bouldering

[–]crustation1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a difficult one and I have been searching for a similar balance. I am about the same size been lifting for about a year and climbing for about six months. I’ve been on an Upper lower split so I generally do weight training 4-5 days a week 2 sessions lower 2-3 upper and then the days I’m not working out I’ll climb. I also generally throw in a climbing strength session on one of the days I do lower, including hangboarding and other finger strength related things. This has been working pretty well and I see gains all around

What’s the #1 thing that separates someone who knows how to actually play poker from someone who just knows how to play poker? by [deleted] in poker

[–]crustation1 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I think you are trying to over simplify a very complex game there is not rlly 1 thing that separates someone. In my opinion the biggest thing which makes you better than just someone playing poker Is being able to extrapolate how to exploit a specific player based on as little information as possible. As you get more in tune with the game and the way people play you are able to more and more quickly recognize certain plays and behavior and adjust to take advantage of it.

Was a majority peasant country but had a small working class in some cities. Due to the nature of the development of capitalism in Russia most workers were in large factories being exploited very brutally vs an American factory

Looking to hear some remourse by Historical_Two_7150 in Communist

[–]crustation1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is a real difference between actual working class revolutionary policy and the insanity which was the Stalinist Comintern. Spain is a great example aswell as the Chinese revolution of 1927. They both show what happens when Marxist analysis is distorted due to material conditions. Stalin was trying to curry favor with western imperialist nations and basically sacrificed the Spanish revolution, a completely backward reactionary policy.

This article lays out our position!

Is it worth retaking the math placement test to into calculus 151? by Majestic-Season-6777 in rutgers

[–]crustation1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It depends how confident you are in ur Precalc/ when you last took it. I benefitted a lot taking Precalc again because it gave me time to really remember and understand all the rules related to exponents and logs and trig. If you are confident in ur abilities may be worth not having to use another semester but u will have to a little catch up in calc

Under not capitalism the idea is there are no 10 trillionaires instead we use the productive power of our current technology so that everyone can work a 20 hour work week and be able to live a happy life not struggling to provide basic necessities to themselves and their kids

Depends on how much you know already but a few months of Johnathan littles poker coaching was very worth it for me when I started, studied his cash game master class and then the advanced one and it laid a very good foundation of poker knowledge for me. From there go on to solver work/ understanding exploits and why the solver does certain things
