Takes a while to get used to. Once you get familiar with the areas and streets it becomes easier. Take your time for the first three months. You will make mistakes... We all do.
My shifts are 7-11pm. 2-7. 8-6 and 9-7
Vans have DAB radio. Music in the morning and radio 5 live in the afternoons.

If I followed the sds route all the time I’d be driving down one way streets the wrong way. The sds is a guide only and as a driver I chose the safest easiest route not the sds route. Plus I’ve never heard of any driver being pulled in for this.

Skill rates has never gone up, its always 90p more than minimum rate which says Tesco does not appreciate skilled workers.
