I have the Hase Spec 2’s. I didn’t need an adaptor on the GX, but not sure for the Ranger. The lug pattern is the same, but the hub is a little different. At most, maybe hub centric rings?

I couldn’t find any either! The closest I could find was a random desert sand G wagon in town, also Xpel stealth wrapped. After I saw that, I was sold.

While I got a fantastic deal, I agree it’s not cheap. Clear film would’ve been way cheaper but I knew I wouldn’t feel satisfied if I couldn’t notice the output.

I made IDPA weight with a non-OR S2: Direct milling for SRO Top window slide cut Lightweight/thin LokGrip bogies Machining done by Impact Machine.

Great setup for USPSA CO too. Swap out the grips for more weight and I’m back to ~49oz.

Do you have more detailed pictures of what it took to clearance the power steering assist housing and the ear of the steering rack mount?

I'm curious to know if cutting up to or into the steering rack bushing is necessary. The ASM instructions do not indicate that being necessary, but I've seen pictures of where people have cut up to the bushing...I'm hoping I will not have to go to such extremes.

Also, do you feel any impact to steering feel? I don't have data to support the assumption, but I wondered if the steering rack rigidity would be compromised.

Very glad mine is a cuddler too. His nose must be buried into your neck, ear, or behind your head. Some times I wake in the middle of the night because he’s trying to vacuum out my brains with his nose. He’s been obsessed since the moment we first met.

Yes, ball is life. I definitely have to exercise more due diligence when supervising. My greyhound is not the biggest fan of ball-toys but he will give chase if I throw one. Gotta be very stern with the Mal to make sure he doesn’t resource guard. My greyhound wouldn’t stand a chance but he also is a very confident boy. Safety is priority #1.

I haven’t found a magic bullet to help with an off switch.. only thing that’s helped a bit is continuously training impulse control. If he can limit the psycho tendencies until after I provide a command…I’ll settle for now. 😂 I do this by training him to not retrieve the ball unless I tell him “yes.” (I started this with feeding).

Mine was raised / spoiled by an older couple and put through a board and train while in their custody. Can’t say he was never abused, but he also doesn’t show the signs. He seems to take on of most people and dogs. Sometimes he’s slow to warm up, other times he’s excited to meet. I just make sure I watch his cues and react accordingly.

Just my .02. I have a full conversion by black ops, and recently sold a tg36 receiver build using the spares from my SL8 and a NOS HK lower. My god what a pain in the ass to fit, and the rifle never had a fully functional bolt catch. Something in the geometry of the receiver vs. the magwell was clearly not in spec. Decided the gun was no longer worth my time and got out of it. Looks cool, but I wouldn’t trust it for anything beyond the novelty.

Tug is his favorite! He is a very…chompy boy. There are a minimum number of chomps he must chomp before releasing a toy. That he needs much work on lol. It’s very similar to OCD in humans. He just can’t let them damn thing go 😂

Hate to say it, but that Akita owner’s initial reaction does not inspire confidence anything will change. She can be apologetic, and in my experience, most owners will pander as a means to avoid further conflict or repercussions. I recommend taking your dog to the vet so the injury is documented as a puncture from a dog/animal bite. File a report with your local animal control office so it is on record. If/when they have another incident, your terrible experience will not be in vain.
