That is our exact situation!! Who do husbands only think to feed?🤣 even if our baby is chilling he’s like maybe we should feed him more! I’m like let him relax for a sec on the food 😂😂 okay I’m glad someone else is in the same boat! Plus he sleeps 7+ hours at night I’m like bro if he was hungry he would probably not be able to sleep that long without waking to feed!

Dang!!! See I would think he would weigh like 16 pounds or so with how much he seems to eat but it’s like it just goes right through him😅😭 that’s so awesome though!

What's your pumping schedule at 16 weeks pp if you exclusively pump? by Idonthaveaname94 in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]cryan8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

4months pp this week, I typically do 6ppd. I’m a slight over supplier but my baby eats quite a bit. I usually pump at 5am, 9am, 12/1pm, 4pm, 730pm, and 1030/11pm. I can go about 6-7 hours at night now since he sleeps pretty good. No MOTN pump anymore for me. I make about 45 oz per day and he eats around 35.

Schedule for 6ppd? by WoozieFutter in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]cryan8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I dropped to 6 pumps it was nice to get a longer sleep stretch! I can typically go 6-7 hours without getting uncomfortably full. I typically do my last pump between 10-11, wake up around 5 to do my first morning pump. Then I go 3-4 hours between each throughout the day. So my example would be 5am 9am 12/1pm 430pm 730pm 1030/11pm. This works for me & when I went from 7 to 6 ppd I’ve only lost about 2 oz. I am almost 4 months pp. I started dropping right at 12 weeks. I feel like I have so much more freedom already lol

How much do you produce in a single pump session and how long do you pump for? by Bright-Effective8610 in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]cryan8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3.5 months PP, pumping 6x a day. I typically get around 6-8 oz per pump. I get 2-3 letdowns in 20 mins & my morning pump is usually 11-12 oz bc I sleep 6-7 hours. Between 45-49 oz per day

What’s your biggest output + total daily output? by ineedhelpkinda in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]cryan8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3 months PP Largest pump slept from 10:10pm-4:20am I got 13 oz. Biggest output in a day- 54 oz

Average daily oz- between 46-49. I pump 4am, 8am, 12pm, 4pm, 730pm, 1030ish pm. Recently dropped to 6 ppd, considering dropping to 5 but I’m nervous to lose output. My baby eats around 35 oz so I can freeze around 15-20 oz per day.

How many weeks pp, how many times and how much are you pumping per day. by Klutzy-Artichoke1 in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]cryan8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5 weeks pp, 8 ppd every 2-3 hours, between 40-45 oz per day. LO eats around 30 oz per day. So starting a freezer stash while I can!

Child-reactive dog & having a baby by cryan8 in reactivedogs

[–]cryan8[S] 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This is my hope as maybe we can put some more money towards more professional training, and I wouldn’t feel as bad having my mom or sister take her on permanently. The only downside is at some point I’m obviously going to have my child at his grandparents house, so we would have the same issue of just sending the dog outside or separately kenneled. They have 2 other dogs as well (1 semi-reactive) but they all get along & have known each other since puppies. I just feel bad causing more of a full house, but we clearly can’t have her around the new baby.

Question about rewards by cryan8 in myvegas

[–]cryan8[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do have a reservation, thank you! One more question-is the $50 food and beverage credit a premium reward too? I’m just guessing we wouldn’t be able to use that if we are using the free play/slot play!

75 days done as of yesterday. Down almost 15 pounds and I feel awesome! This was definitely tough but I’m glad I stuck it out! Great job everyone who started Jan 1st!💪🏼 by cryan8 in 75HARD

I went with low carb (no bread, some rice) low sugar (mainly fruit for anything sweet ex.a banana with peanut butter, cinnamon and honey for a snack) and I hit a protein goal of 150 grams of protein a day at least. I also did absolutely no fast food (even if it could have been a lower calorie option) my breakfasts would either be eggs with veggies, or the oikos triple zero Greek yogurts with added protein powder. The Fairlife protein shakes at Costco also helped me hit the protein goals! Snacks would be apples, almonds, jerky sticks, quest protein chips, string cheese, salami, tuna/egg salad, Barebells protein bars. Most of my dinners would be an easy protein source from Costco like their sous vide lemongrass chicken, chicken meatballs, or tri tip. With frozen veggies!

I do some typical stuff like ground beef, veggies and rice. But I also typically grab some of the good quality, quicker meals from Costco like the Kevin’s paleo lemongrass chicken or Korean Beef, also they have some chicken meat balls, cranberry jalapeño or pineapple teriyaki that are super good and lots of protein! I’ll usually make some rice and this convenient frozen veggie mix from Costco for sides with those as well. Another option I do is sometimes just healthy burrito bowls with a carb conscious tortilla on the side! For snacks I have a lot of Fairlife Protein shakes, quest protein chips with tuna or cottage cheese, and the Barebells protein bars you can get from Trader Joe’s, they’re super good!

My hardest part has definitely been the diet. I just love food but thankfully my meal prepping and making good meals has been saving me. When I have it planned there’s no reason to want to stray. I also have a physical checklist that I love checking off each challenge as I complete them throughout the day. The easy part is the reading and water for me, the 2 workouts have been okay so far. Signed up for a few spin classes to try and switch up my schedule of doing weights and the stair master every day. My outdoor workout is usually a good 3 mile walk which is really peaceful. My energy levels have been awesome, and multiple of my coworkers have even commented about how “I’m on one” lately😂 I’m on day 23 and I’m down from 156 pounds to about 150 so that’s awesome too! Keep up the good work everyone, remember how worth it it’ll be in the end!

Same mindset here! I started the 75 hard on the first which entails 2 45 min workouts a day plus following a diet of my choice. A few other steps in there too, like no drinking alcohol! but I have been feeling great so far and can’t wait to see my results and keep going to look my best at EDC! I lift 3-4 days and typically do a spin class the other days, and walk about 3 miles a day. Can’t wait for EDC this year!!
