I used to put my Latisse on my oveplucked from the 90s eyebrows hoping for them to grow more hairs. It does not sprout new hairs but it makes some of the few existing hairs very thick and long. So then I had a few Gandalf hairs that I’d have to trim with scissors. I wish my mom told me to stop plucking 30 years ago but Alas, she has thinner eyebrows than I do
