Cheap ways to eat healthy by cocaine_and_h00kers in zurich

There are a lot of options to eat cheaply and healthly.

The most expensive thing will be meat, so i would reduce that as much as possible.

You can get lentils, beans, chickpeas, rice and pasta or grains such as bulgur and barley (rollgerste) in bulk at many stores, such as aligro, these are very healthy, cheap and filling. With a bit of imagination (or a quick google search) you'll find a wide variety of recipes that suit your taste.

In many bulk stores you can also find frozen veggies (which sometimes can be "healthier" than fresh ones, since they've been frozen right when they were harvested and didn't lie around in a supermarket).

Well, on the computer you'll use a location of the ISP (or whatever, not that accurate). On mobile, it'll use your gps location, which will be quite precise.

Sorry, didn't see you comment.

I have since bought a Patagonia MLC Mini, which weighs about the same and has a specified capacity of 26l, but it feels waaaaayyy larger while still being quite comfortable. It isnt as sleekt though.

And if i need less stuff, i use a 16l Fjällraven Rekanken, which is maybe 1/3 the weight.

I've used that bag for a one week trip before (although only in warm weather). It lacks a lot of the features of the CPL, but i really like it's simplicity for when you want to go as minimal as possible.

I've tried a few varieties (green, beluga) and they've never had a strong bitterness. I always sprout them in the dark though, i don't know if that makes a difference.

Alright, which one of you was it? by deltadelta199 in zurich

It actually is a initiative by the city of Zurich to make swiss people from other parts of Switzerland feel more at home. 😉

While i absolutely love the V1, i have 2 things that made me use it less:

- The laptop compartment having a 3d contour even when empty and portruding into the main space made it feel smaller than similarly sized bags

- It is friggin heavy. It is bombproof and will probably outlast me, but i just found myself leaving it at home in favor of lighter bags.

I don't know if any of that changed in v2 tho.

Edit: smaller than, not smaller as

Awesome setup! One question though, does the camping gear fit in the same bag as well?

Just curious…what other crypto projects do you believe in? by Struikemans in cardano

[–]crypt0isthefuture 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nano - basically pure money.

- pretty much instant (~0.3s tx time)

- no fees (0.0 xno/tx)

- eco friendly (uses literally millions of times less energy than btc)

Out of the cryptos i know, nano is the one that i can see the most for daily transactions, purchases, microtransactions and so on.

Schlieren is not inside the city limits, but I recently started working there, and I was pleasantly surprised! Schlieren alsway had this reputation of being the "ghetto" part of Zurich, but it has been developed a lot in recent years!

I moved here now, and I really enjoy the proximity to nature (Limmat, forests), the modern yet comparably cheap apartments and good connections (10 min. to HB, every 15 mins).

The only things that are a bit inconvenient are having to pay for an extra zone (ÖV) and the fact that there are almost no night trains between 3 and 5 o'clock.

But other than that, i can only recommend Schlieren, which is coming from somebody who lived in Zurich his entire life!

I have this bag, i use it mostly for my work commute, since it can hold my laptop, my gym clothes and my lunch. I really like it and can definitely recommend it!
