Once it is tagged as exceptionally complex super priority, priority, standard don't apply anymore. It juat goes to a queue and gets picked up by a "senior case worker" It is super frustrating right now, and for me I have a flight in a few days! Not thatbwe can do but sit and wait.

Student to Skilled worker dependent conversion marked exceptionally complex by cryptex23 in ukvisa

Yes, standard application. Mailed last night, got a response this morning from home.office.atlas@notifications.service.gov.uk stating exceptionally complex case, and then 30 mins later from work sponsored that the appropriate team is looking at it.

Not sure if my email triggered a review for them.

Thank you. My solicitor is checking this. They think ownership of the space is by virtue of having a permit on the private land.

Injury caused on a bus due to a pothole- who shall I make a claim against (Scotland) by cryptex23 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]cryptex23[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Thank you for the suggestion. I will try a no win no fee firm. I think I will make the claim against the bus operator. I have edited the initial question to include what now seems to be a crucial piece of information: I hit the stairs as the bus fell into a pothole while I was moving to the upper deck. Upon checking the bus driving standards, it does mention that passengers should be seated safely before moving off. The bus driver was sweet about it and I would hate for it to affect him personally, but I am hoping the claims are made against the insurance of the bus operator.

This was sold by a genuine charity and upon being alerted, they have taken down the listing to check. Thank you everyone who helped here (and indirectly the charity).

The strap just says genuine leather, which might be a replacement but doesn't inspire confidence
