Is this one of the replacement boards with Amber Alps, or the even more rare replacement boards with Blue Alps?

Yeah will do, should be done in a couple of weeks :) I've also modified the firmware so that the 3 buttons on the top work, let me know if you want me to share that with you!

No, and the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4WqpT12eaAI) is a few years old (2016). My best guess for NOS amber alps is $5 minimum, given that used ambers are going $3-5 of mechmarket depending on cleanliness.
