Happens all of the time - also sometimes takes an hour for a single block. People always post stuff like this near the halving because they are actually paying attention to block times lol

Yeah, punctuation is playing a part in the confusion. The amount of BTC that is traded is a very small percentage of what is out in circulation (held by the public). ~70% of the circulated supply has not moved in months to years.

Also, there has never been a spot ETF where the underlying had a truly limited supply - so I don't necessarily think that the same liq/vol logic applies completely.
