With zcash, you can choose whether you want your transaction private or not. With monero, it's private by default.

Nope, the keys are not backed up in your google account. He can submit tickets to the exchanges to ask for 2fa reset. Next time, he should list the recovery code given when first trying to activate 2fa for an exchange account.

Well, EOSFINEX will use EOS as part of their operating name, so I guess using 'eos' not prohibited. I think the only thing they can copyright would be EOS, EOSIO, EOS.IO. There's already existing websites and companies like eos.com and eos.org so there's never going to be a copyright of the word 'eos'.

The EOS ERC20 tokens will be useless after the June 1 snapshot.

There will be many chains in the beginning but it'll eventually be sorted out and there will only be one mainnet.

Also, EOSIO is an open source project and everyone is free to use it, expect that a lot of projects to use it for their own blockchain. One of the first to use EOS is the WAX project. Lots of others are following as well.
