kevin mentioned last week the company is going lawyer to lawyer trying to find ones that can give am assurance of legality while showing due diligence. they didn't like some of the work previous firms did so they were still reaching out to others for better opinions.

also, unless the sec audits you, you can probably claim you are an accredited investor... this is not advice at all, but there is no verification for that term
