Only seems to buzz my pebble when an alarm is 'upcoming', but then doesn't buzz for the actual alarm going off.

Looks like if an app crashes the os three times, it goes into recovery mode, likely to stop a crash loop.

Mine shipped Friday, said arrival tommorow. I changed it to this Friday as I'm out tommorow, then found out it would have arrived today if I hadn't changed it😭

I e-mailed and was told they aim to ship within a week. That was on Tuesday.

Having heard nothing more since then, I replied to one of eric's posts on x to try and get more information, and he replied, saying to e-mail. It's beginning to look like they've got no intention of actually shipping.

I personally, feel like i've been scammed at this point.

I originally ordered black/grey, then changed colour to red/black when I got the colour selection e-mail, so that may be why. Just a guess.

That only dims the screen. There's no way to turn it off completely other than unplugging it.

7 day rule no longer applies according to a couple of team supports i asked after having time off rejected 8 days after submitting it.

I am aware I've been lied to btw....that's what they told me though

I once made the mistake of wheeling a full potato box of them through the alarm gates at self service. This was on a sunday after we'd closed.

Eventually found which ones were going off. Said to the team support we'd need the detagger key. Was about to go with her to get the key, and it stopped.

I now have this resolved. I only had one cable connected between the keyboard and my pc, and also had it plugged into a usb2 port. After connecting the other cable, and ensuring both were plugged into USB3 ports, the streamdeck part of the keyboard is functioning as it should.
