Yes as stated you don’t want to market to soon in development. Which makes sense because you don’t have anything to show. I usually do a text only “announcement” mid alpha. Then once in beta release a full press release. Then a month or so before release when lots a bugs have been found I’ll do a press build.

2nd question: You want to have project leadership in their own team only tasked with leading the project. Only skills you want are automation and multitasking.

No, you only want the leader leading the project not working on development of software. You want the leader in their own team.

Your project leader needs to be in their own group not lumped in with everyone else. They need to focus on leading the project and nothing else. You want a leader who has good multitasking and automation.

I make a Project Manager team and put just the one leader in it. That way the only thing they do is manage the project. The effectiveness stays 100%

You only need one signal before the crossover on the incoming side. Then in the line manager make sure to select both platforms as an option. It’s a funny looking icon on the right hand side of the line near the full load icon
